Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions govern the participation in the ‘Design Your Career Program’ and the use of the materials provided throughout the program.

The ‘Design Your Career Program’ is owned and operated by Aimee Whittaker through Dance Plus Australia.

By participating in the Design Your Career Program, you indicate that you have read and understand these Terms and Conditions and agree to abide by them at all times.

Intellectual property

All content published and made available for the Design Your Career Program is the property of Aimee Whittaker and/or mentors, tutors and teachers who teach a workshop as part of the program.

This includes, but is not limited to images, text, logos, documents, downloadable files and anything that contributes to the composition of the Design Your Career Program and the Design Your Career website and associated social media platforms.

Distribution of materials to people who are not enrolled in the Design Your Career program is prohibited.

media waiver

By paying your deposit, you agree to photos and videos taken of you during your enrolment in the Design Your Career Program to be used by Aimee Whittaker and Dance Plus Australia. This includes, but is not limited to; advertising material, social media posts, on the Design Your Career and Dance Plus Media websites.

Photos and videos taken during the program can be made available to enrolled Students upon request.

fees and payments

The total cost of the Design Your Career Program is $3000.00AUD

The $200.00AUD deposit that is paid when accepting your place in the program will be deducted from the total cost of the program.

  • The deposit is NOT refundable.

  • Your selected payment plan is a payment arrangement for the full cost of the program, not a month-to-month subscription.

  • Payments will be processed according to the schedule and payment method selected at checkout.

  • You are responsible for ensuring that sufficient funds are available for each scheduled payment.

  • If a payment fails, you will arrange payment as soon as possible and may be contacted by Dance + Media regarding the outstanding amount.

  • Access to the program may be affected if payments remain overdue.

  • Cancelling my payment method, failing to make a payment or ceasing participation in the program does not automatically cancel my payment-plan commitment.

  • I understand that Dance + Media cannot guarantee a particular career, employment, income or other individual outcome from participating in the program.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE

Each participant in the Design Your Career Program is to choose one of the following payment schedules prior to the commencement of the program.

Plan A - 1 instalment - $2800.00 PAID once
Plan B - 4 instalments - $700.00 PAID on the 1st of the month
Plan C - 7 instalments - $400.00 PAID fortnightly
Plan D - 14 instalments - $200.00 PAID weekly

You are responsible for your account and the security and privacy of your account, including passwords or sensitive information attached to that account.

All personal information you provide to us through your account is up to date, accurate, and truthful. You will update your personal information if it changes.

PAYMENT METHOD

Payment are made via direct deposit. An invoice will be issued via email for each instalment of the chosen payment plan.

limitations of liability

Aimee Whittaker and any program directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidaries, guest speakers, guest teachers and affiliates will not be liable for any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees, injury, illness, or death associated with the activities of the Design Your Career Program. This extends to parking fines or any other fines associated with the weekly group sessions and/or when filming marketing videos.
