3. ABOUT THE PROGRAM / NURTURING LEAD
Customers wishing to find out about the current upcoming cohort click the ‘About the Program’ button in the main navigation or fold of the website.
Customer is redirected to the ‘We want to tell you more’ page and prompted to complete the ‘NEW LEAD FOR DYC’ form.

4. APPLICATION
Customer clicks the ‘Apply Now’ buttons on the main navigation, fold and at the bottom of the ‘About the Program’ pages.
Customer completes form that gathers contact info and reasons they are interested in the program.
Submissions are sent to info@danceplusaustralia.com
Aimee reviews application for suitability and decides whether the application is accepted or denied.

Aimee emails acceptance email; ‘You’ve been accepted into DYC’
Hi [Name],
Thank you for taking the time to apply for the DYC Career Coaching Program.
We’ve reviewed your application and we’re excited to let you know that we’d love to offer you a place in the upcoming DYC Coaching cohort.
Based on what you’ve shared with us, we’re confident that DYC Coaching is a great fit for what you’re looking to pursue next, and we’re looking forward to working with you.
Secure your place
To confirm your place in the program, please complete your deposit payment and select the payment plan that works best for you:
PAY DEPOSIT & SELECT PAYMENT PLAN
Your place in the upcoming cohort will be secured once we receive your deposit.
Please note: you have 3 weeks to secure your place from the date you have received this email to pay your deposit. If payment has not been received, you will need to reapply. This may mean losing your place if the program reaches capacity.
Once your payment is complete, we’ll send you everything you need to know about getting started, including information about joining your DYC Discord channel and preparing for your first day.

We’ve carefully considered your application and, unfortunately, we’re not able to offer you a place in the upcoming DYC Coaching cohort.
This doesn’t mean that your goals or ambitions aren't achievable. Rather, based on the information provided in your application, we don’t feel that DYC Coaching is the right fit for what you need at this particular stage.
We really appreciate your interest in DYC and the time you’ve taken to apply, and we wish you all the best with everything you’re working towards.

5. DEPOSIT PAYMENT
Customer receives acceptance email copied in above and click ‘PAY DEPOSIT & SELECT PAYMENT PLAN’ → redirects customer to ‘Deposit’ store page on website.
Before payment, the customer needs to select a payment plan that presents itself as a required form on the store.
DEPOSIT STORE NEEDS TO BE DUPLICATED & EDITED BEFORE EACH NEW COHORT SO DATES & INFO CAN BE EDITED.
Terms and Conditions are linked at the bottom. These need to be reviewed annually.
6. DEPOSIT CONFIRMATION / ONBOARDING
Customer receives ‘DYC Deposit Payment Confirmation’ email template;You’re officially in!
Your deposit is confirmed and your spot in Design Your Career is officially locked in!
What happens next?
Before the program begins, there are a few important things we need you to do.
1. Join our Discord
This is where you will connect with Aimee and the other artists enrolled in the program, share rehearsal videos, and ask questions.

You'll land straight in our Design Your Career server
Say hi in the welcome channel
A few tips:
Turn on notifications so you don't miss replies
Save videos for feedback to Google Drive or Dropbox, then paste the link in the feedback channel … Discord's free upload limit is too small for most dance clips
Feel free to comment on each other's work … that's what it's there for.
2. Keep and eye on your email
We'll continue to use email for important information relating to fees, payments or information that needs to be shared privately.
3. Your First Day
We'll send you a separate email before the program begins on the [DATE] with a reminder of everything you need to know but here is a run down for your diary;

Street parking is available but limited on the streets off King Street and Enmore Road. Please be aware of parking signs.
Newtown Train Station is a 6 minute, flat walk to the studio.
When

Finish: 2:30pm
You are welcome to arrive early and grab a drink at the cafe next door or wait in the hallway. The studio will be open to you at our start time.
What to bring

Laptop or iPad/tablet
Water bottle
Anything you need to take notes.
Breaks
There will be a 1/2hr lunch break every Friday. Usually between 12:00 PM and 12:30 PM, depending on the day's delivery. Please check the Discord channel to confirm your schedule.
There are no kitchen facilities available at the studio. There are plenty of cafes, resturants and supermarkets within walking distance of DUTI.
